Oregano is a good source of fiber. It contains volatile oils, sterols and flavonoids. They are rich in vitamin C, E, K, A, manganese, magnesium, calcium,zinc, potassium, niacin, phosphorus and iron as well as beta-carotene. contains, also, lutein, zeaxanthin , cryptoxanthin, pinene, limonene, ocimene, caryophyllene and ursolic acid and rosmarinic.
Friday - dosage
In a pot with water boil 1 tsp oregano for a few minutes, strain it and drink.
